Frequently Asked Questions
All the information necessary to pass the tests is included in the CIL website, including the FAQs. Please review the site and let us know if you have a question that is not answered. We cannot be held responsible for issues that arise due to a lack of understanding of CIL policies by students that have not reviewed the entire CIL website.
Question
Do I have an account?
Answer(s)
Whether or not you have a testing account set up, you may login to ciltest.usu.edu with your A-number and Banner password. That will either log you into the system if you already have an account or step you through creating an account if you don't already have one.
You may register for tests during the account creation process or anytime later by clicking on Register for Tests.
If you are taking the exams as part of a class, you will be put into the class automatically based on Banner registration data.
If you have any problems, you may bring your student ID card to the CIL Lab, ESLC 131, and a consultant will help step you through the process.
